Graduate of the Faculty of Information Technology and Electronic Economy of the Poznań University of Economics and Business.

He began his career in the audit department of Pricewaterhouse Coopers Sp. z o.o. in 2006. First working as a Consultant from 2007 to 2009, he was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2009. In June 2010, he became a Financial Controller in Dovista Polska Holding Sp. z o.o. (now Dovista Polska Sp. z o.o.), a company which is part of a Danish corporate group of window and door manufacturers. He worked in Dovista Polska Sp. z o.o. until he was employed by MERCOR S.A. in May 2013.
