Dimensions for rectangular dampers:

• nominal width from 200 to 1500 mm
• nominal height from 200 to 1500 mm
• maximum area of section of single damper not larger than 1.8 m²

Dimensions for rounded dampers:

• nominal width from 125 to 630 mm

Apart from standard dimensions, dampers can be customized to any size within the specified ranges.

Control:

• RST mechanism - thermal trigger 72^oC (optionally 95^oC) on partition, actuating spring, manual arming;
• RST/WK1 mechanism - thermal trigger 74^oC (optionally 95^oC) on partition, actuating spring and limit switch, manual arming;
• RST-KW1/S - integrated mechanism - thermal trigger 74^oC (optionally 95^oC), in the mechanism, actuating spring, manual arming;
• RST-KW1/S/WK1 or WK2 mechanism – integrated mechanism - thermal trigger 74^oC (optionally 95^oC) in the mechanism, actuating spring, one or two limit switches, manual arming;
• RST-KW1/24l mechanism – integrated mechanism - thermal trigger 74^oC (optionally 95^oC) in the mechanism, actuating spring, one or two limit switches, electromagnetic trigger responding to current impulse, U=24V DC manual arming;
• RST-KW1/24P mechanism – integrated mechanism (thermal trigger 74^oC (optionally 95^oC) in the mechanism, actuating spring, one or two limit switches, electromagnetic trigger responding to power decay, U-24V DC, manual arming;
• Belimo type mechanism – actuators series with return spring and thermoelectric trigger (BFL, BFN, EXBF series).

The use of MP230/24 element enables the powering/triggering of KW1 mechanism with 230V AC voltage.

Making variants:

• mcr FID S/S [BFL…-T, BFN…-T, BF…-T, EXBF] – fire cut-off damper for ventilation ducts, with electric actuator with return spring with thermoelectric trigger - closing and opening of damper using actuator
• mcr FID S/S [RST] – fire cut-off damper for ventilation ducts with spring actuator and thermal activator
• mcr FID S/S [RST/KW1] – fire cut-off duct for ventilation ducts with spring actuator with integrated thermal activator; electromagnetic activator and limit switches available optionally

Additional equipment:

• WK1 – limit switch (closed barrier signal)
• WK2 – limit switch ( damper open/shut signal)

mcr FID S/S dampers can be used as pressure-relief dampers in gas extinguishing systems; in this case they are equipped with actuators without thermoelectric or thermal activators.
